I have had a good number of lifters requesting a full powerlifting meet wih the American Challenge. I have decided to add a three lift Powerlifitng meet with the June 4 American Challenge in Zion Crossroads. It will be the 100% Raw Mid Atlantic Regional. I am taking the first 30 lifters to enter the full powerlifting meet. World, National and State records can be set at the contest.
The American Challenge Single Lifts Championships will run right along with the Powerlifting event. There is no lifter limit on the single lifts events. See how you stack up against the rest of the lifters in the United States with meets across the country in June. Entries for both contest are due in May 19th.
The 100% Raw Eastern USA Single Lift Championships Bench Press-Deadlift-Strict Curl will take place on Saturday July 30 at the Powerhouse Gym in Woodbridge, VA. This should be a very exciting contest.
December 10th will be the 100% Raw Christmas Classic and Virginia State Powerlifting and Single Lift Championships in Zion Crossroads.
