September & Fall events

September and the Fall Powerlifting season is here. First meet will be Saturday September 12 @ The Gym 1739 Allied Lane Suite B Charlottesville, VA. The GYM Raw Open is non sanctioned Bench Press and Deadlift meet. Lifters can wear t shirts & shorts or a singlet. Entry forms are online @ www.virginiapowerlifting.blogspot.com . John Rivas has already entered the deadlift and has pulled 800 pounds in training lifting in the 242 pound class.

The 100% Raw Mid Atlantic Regional is the following weekend on Saturday September 19. The meet has already reached the 40 lifter limit on the full power meet but we are still taking single lift lifters entry forms are online www.rawpowerlifting.com. This is a sanctioned 3 meet for state, national and world records can be set.


October is much like September we have a non sanctioned event Staunton YMCA Fall Raw Open Bench Press and Deadlift on October 10 @ YMCA in Staunton, VA. Lifters can wear t shirts & shorts or a singlet. Entry forms are online @ www.virginiapowerlifting.blogspot.com .

October 17 @ Iron Foundry Athletics in Prince Frederick, Maryland will be the 100% RAW Southern Maryland Open Single Lifts Bench Press-Deadlift-Strict Curl. State and National records can be set at the meet. Entry info in online @ www.rawpowerlifting.com

Next up is the 100% RAW Old Dominion Classic Bench Press-Deadlift-Strict Curl @ Renegades Athletics in Midlothian, VA. The meet is being held on Saturday August 22, 2015 entry forms are online on the schedule page on www.rawpowerlifting.com and www.adaurawpower.com

The 100% RAW Mid Atlantic Regional full power meet on Saturday September 19 has seven spots left open for the full power meet. Entry soon if you want to lift full power.
