Mid year schedule is in full force with The 100% RAW Battlefield Open on July 15. The meet will be at the Jungle Boys Training in Fredericksburg, VA. The Richmond area is up next on August 5 with the Old Dominion Classic. The meet will be at Renegade's Athletics. Both of these meets will be single lifts contest with Bench Press-Deadlift-Strict Curl. August 19 a full power meet will be held @ Tyson's Playground in Vienna, VA. This is one of the best venues on the East Coast! The Summer Show of Strength will have have several major events going on with Strongman, Bodybuilding and Powerlifting. The last meet before the 100% RAW World Championships in Erie, PA will be the Mid Atlantic Regional in Zion Crossroads. The Mid Atlantic is full power and single lifts. 2016 Season Finale/ 2017 Schedule updates
This coming Saturday December 10 will end a great and huge year for 100% RAW in Virginia. We have 40 lifters lined up to do battle in a dual contest the Virginia State and Christmas Classic. The meet will Start @ 9 AM sharp and will be held @ the Best Western in Zion Crossroads.
Here is the updated 100% RAW Schedule for 2017. A new venue comes in to play on Saturday March 25 @ Tyson's Playgound. The Potomac Open Powerlifting meet is taking the first 50 lifters to enter. This meet will sell out so enter early!

With the 100% American Challenge for Maryland and Virginia both in the books we are waiting to see how our lifters did against the rest of the nation. We should have many National Champions out of the these two meets.
We are now heading into the summer season with many good events lined up. The entry forms are online on the schedule page on www.rawpowerlifting.com
July 16 we have the first annual Battlefield Open in Fredericksburg, VA. The meet will be held at the Jungle Boys Training Center. The meet will be single lifts Bench Press-Deadlift-Strict Curl.
