Just one week away from the deadline for the USAPL PA State Bench Press and Deadlift Championships! The event is on May 24th. The action will be at the Shrewsbury, YMCA in Shrewsbury, PA! We are excited for this year. We have Garage Ink Sponsoring the contest, along with APT Wrist straps, East Coast Muscle, and Don Kuhns, a message therapist will be on hand to take care of all the tweaks and strains!

I will be hosting the 100% Raw Freedom USA Open on June 21 at the Golds Gym in Leesburg. The meet is single lift Bench Press, Deadlift and Strict Curl. You can set National Records at the meet.
If you want to lift get your forms in by the deadline so I can plan on how many awards to bring with me. If you cannot lift and will be willing to help in some way please let me know. I hope all is well with you. God Bless.
