Jason Beck of Virginia won the USAPL Men’s Nationals 220 pound class by over 150 pounds with a really strong lifting day in St Louis on Saturday. Beck went 810 squat 584 bench press 733 dead lift for a great 2127 total. Jason is one of the sports really good guys. He is very supportive of local lifting he judges, spots, loads whatever possible to help out. Congratulations Jason.
The USAPL Coventry Commonwealth Games/Mid Atlantic Open was a great success with 40 lifters coming out to the lift last Saturday. Results are posted.

100% RAW NEWS:
The 100% Raw Bench Press and Powerlifting Nationals will take place in Richmond, Virginia Friday night July 27 and Saturday July 28. The meet is taking great shape with many great lifters coming to Virginia. Entry Forms are at RAW Powerlifting. Contact Meet Director Paul Bossi.
August 25 will be the 100% Raw Eastern USA Open Bench Press and Strict Curl. The meet will be at the Blue Ridge Health and Fitness Center in Stanardsville. The meet will feature awesome sculpture trophies made by Carl Seeker. Entry forms online at RAW Powerlifting.
